Today our neighborhood fire station held a community BBQ. This entailed letting the kids crawl around the fire truck, eating yummy food, and conversing with our neighbors. The boys thought this was a real kick! They saw some familiar friends (aka firefighters) and were thrilled with the freedom in the fire truck. I ran into a friend from college, who just bought a house down the block. Small world!

Our Firefighters Rock!
Today our neighborhood fire station held a community BBQ. This entailed letting the kids crawl around the fire truck, eating yummy food, and conversing with our neighbors.
