Let's go swimming, swimming at the pool....(Song by the Wiggles)

Today was a swimming day (just like every Monday). The boys were excited to wear their new "swimming hats" that we got off E-BAY. I have to admit, they looked really cute. We had a busy morning meeting grandpa and greatma for breakfast, swimming, and then meeting daddy for lunch. The boys have been sacked out for 3 hours now, so I know they were tired!

March 30, 2008 Snow, Snow, and More SNOW

I guess the answer is, YES, it CAN snow more! I pulled out the boots, hats, gloves, snow pants, and heavy coats again so we could play outside. My coats that I got off E-Bay came yesterday and today was the perfect day to wear them. The boys were so cute! And grandma Patti came over after church, so the boys had a snowball fight in the yard with her!

March 29, 2008 (BEST KIDS EVER)

I just have to say that we've turned a corner. Can you feel my sense of relief?? We went to Riverfront Park to day and got our season passes. The boys LOVED riding the airplanes and the carousel. They nearly had a fit when we didn't go mini-golfing, but for some reason, we are able to give them logical explanations and they are beginning to listen and understand! Then we went to Spaghetti Factory for dinner. The boys were STARVING! Service was rather slow because of a group of 40 that got sat just prior to us. But the boys did marvelous. They were so well behaved and ate ALL of their dinner. We were quite proud. Bedtime, easy as pie. I'd like to pat myself on the back, but I think I'll wait and see if this sticks first! Did I mention when we got home it was hailing again??? ARG!

I finally joined the blogging world! We'll see if I can manage enough time to keep it up! Can you believe how much it snowed? We have about 3 inches on the ground and the boys are LOVING IT! It's the best kind of snow because we can play all morning, and the ground is nearly clear in the afternoon. I am totally ready for the snow to be gone so we can start spending all day outside in the garden though!
